Paul Walker is beginning his twenty-third year with FranklinCovey. Today, he serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer, and as a director of the board.

Paul began his career with FranklinCovey in 2000 in the role of business developer, and quickly moved to become a client partner and then area director. In 2007 he became general manager of the North America central region. In 2014 he assumed responsibility for FranklinCovey’s UK operation in addition to his role as general manager in the central region. In 2016 Paul relocated to the company’s Salt Lake City, Utah headquarters where, prior to his current role, he served as executive vice president of global sales & delivery, and president of the Enterprise division.

Paul graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. He currently resides in the Salt Lake City area with his wife and four children.
